The Cottage
High Chimney Farm Self Catering Cottage Nr Tenterden offers the warmest welcome in Kent, modern and comfortable bedrooms, offering the perfect base to explore the best of the Kentish Weald and beyond.
Ideally situated in the Weald of Kent, High Chimney Farm Cottage is a beautifully converted self contained former Oast. Ali and Nick bought High Chimney Farm 8 years ago and have now converted the Cottage into luxury accommodation ideal for overnight, short stays or a full holiday let if required.
Entrance is via a private gate with ample parking, Enter through a pretty courtyard, there is a key lock entry.
You will walk into my favourite bit the hallway & WC cloakroom, through a door into a cosy sitting room with relaxing recliner sofas, dining table a flat screen UHD HDR Smart TV.
We have a fully equipped kitchen A tassimo coffee machine, microwave, electric fan oven & hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer box & washing machine. There is also an Iron & board should you really feel the need!
We have two beautifully appointed en suite super king bedrooms or as twins available, decorated and furnished to a high standard. Both rooms enjoy a flat screen UHD HDR Smart TV’s. Luxury Christy towels to complement the en suite shower rooms decor, hairdryers are also supplied!
Our family business focuses on historic motorsport, we run our family business SWIFTUNE from High Chimney Farm, you are welcome to have a look around if that’s your thing, obviously check with us first!
Ali has been in the catering and hospitality business for over 40 years and looks forward to welcoming you or not if you’d like complete privacy.
You are more than welcome to enjoy our large garden and pond! It’s a short walk or you could drive up if you wish, so peaceful! There are reclining chairs and a table for you to relax read, eat or drink.
- We are located 20 minutes from junction 8 or 9 off the M20.
- Ashford International: 20 mins, Channel Tunnel: 35 mins and the Port of Dover: 45 mins.
- Take the high speed rail link straight into Central London.
- Central to explore Canterbury, Tunbridge Wells, Rye all approx 40 minutes away and only 30 minutes from the coast.
- Only five minutes drive from the Historic market town of Tenterden where you can explore fantastic independent shops boutiques, antiques and quaint coffee shops.

The Campsite
To compliment the Cottage we have opened up a small campsite within 1.5 acre paddock.
This is a certified location with the Caravan & Motorhome Club of which you do need to be members, but my goodness it is lovely, consisting of 6 Electric hook up pitches, plenty of peaceful space to relax and enjoy!
It is adults only, but we do welcome dogs!
